I’m Fatima, the creator behind this website. I started MyDarijaGuide because I saw so many people struggling to learn real Moroccan Darija – not the Darija from books, but the one we speak in the street, at home, with love.

If you have any question about a phrase, if you found a mistake, or if you want me to explain a new word like your Moroccan friend or family says, please email me. I read every single email.

I try to answer within 24-48 hours, sometimes faster if I’m not cooking couscous haha.
